Electric Zoo
Electric Zoo
In the early 2000’s, New York City had little luck in establishing music festivals that would stick around. MSG and Giant Stadium would hold the crown in continuous performances while other cities would flourish, like Miami, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. In 2009, Made Events would throw their hat into the ring and host the first Electric Zoo Festival (EZ Fest) on Randall’s Island with headliners like Armin van Buuren, Deadmau5, and David Guetta.
Since then, thousands of avid music enthusiasts gather every year on the island to immerse themselves in the beats of their favorite electronic artists. From bass drops that send shockwaves from the front rail to dazzling visuals that keep guests mesmerized, the three day long festival is a staple in the modern world.
In those three days, cultural barriers have no place there. No matter the native language or political views, each guest is focused on creating a shared experience of pure joy and love.
